We have an improved prescription request service that it links directly with your patient record. This should make the whole process more efficient and reduce errors and is a really easy way to order repeat prescriptions.
Patients need to register on Patient Access and then with the Surgery to obtain a pin code which then links the records to the ordering facility. No need to worry about pronouncing or remembering the names of the medications.
Patient Access is a great online service which allows you to book appointments, order repeat prescriptions, view your medical records and send secure messages to the practice (not all services will be available straight away). The services is open 24/7/365 and can be accessed from your home PC, Tablet or Mobile phone.
The new system requires all users to complete a registration form

Once you have completed the form and provided proof of ID either online or in person, a member of the Practice Team will generate and send you a Patient Access PIN Document. You need the PIN in order to sign up for a Patient Access account.
