Our Patient Discussion Group is not currently active, but we hope in the near future to recommence meetings.
Patient Group Issues:

practice procedures for dealing with patients
practice facilities
availbility
dealing with non-attenders
telephone anwswering
dealing with staff's attitude to patients
dealing with patients' attitude to staff
dissemination information to all patients
any other areas of practice that the participants can help us identify
We CANNOT discuss:
individual members of the practice team
individual patients
medical treatments
other surgeries
hospitals
out of hours services
practice financial matters
