Services You Have to Pay For
Certain non-NHS services, such as medicals, form signature, cancellation of holiday forms etc. are not part of normal General Medical Services, and there will be a charge for these. Our Doctors do not undertake any such services for patients from other practices

Some charges are agreed with e.g. Insurance Companies and Solicitors, Others are determined by individual practices. Please check with us before going ahead.
You may find that a non-NHS service offered to you in this practice has cost you less, or more, than the same service given to a friend in another practice. Practices are free to put their own price on non-NHS services, and it is therefore important that you do not make assumptions about what a service will cost you.
