Complaints, Comments and Suggestions

The practice has an in-house complaints procedure. If you have a comment or complaint about the way things run, or if you have had a problem with any member of the team, please either collect a complaints form from the receptionist, or write to Mr. Kevin Wood, the Practice Development Manager, or complete the email form on this page. 

We will ensure that the comment or complaint is taken seriously, and that it will be confidentially investigated.
